Urban Plan 4522 – Al-Hawara, Shuafat, Jerusalem

New road paving project on Al-Hawara Street in Shuafat, under Master Plan 4522. Work included earthworks for road opening, curb stone construction, drainage, water, and sewage line installation, lighting and landscaping, road structure and sidewalk construction. Managed from planning to completion with cost estimation, budget control, and ongoing engineering supervision. Opened to the public in 2024.
