Al-Biruni Loop Road – Beit Hanina, Jerusalem

New road paving project along Al-Biruni Street in Beit Hanina, Jerusalem. Work included drainage, water, and sewage line installation, lighting and landscaping, road structure and sidewalk construction, and full infrastructure systems coordination. Managed from planning to completion with cost estimation, budget control, and ongoing engineering supervision. Opened to the public in 2023.
